I was wiping piano black door insert trim w microfiber cloth and noticed I scratched it up, must have had tiny embedded object in cloth.

Normally Im not that picky but this is driver door and I see everytime.

Any plastic polish that can remove scratches or will i make it worse?

You could try Meguires PlastiX. I use it on many things including my Apple Watch face. On the G30, it removed some fine scratches on the bezel on the climate control panel which is gloss black. The door trim pieces are actual wood, so your results may vary, but I don't think it will do any damages. Use sparingly and if it's working, repeat until they scratches are gone. Keep changing cloths.

As for micro fiber cloth, don't cheap out. Korean micro fiber is the only way to go.

i do have plastix i used for my piano. I also have Plexus which is more of a cleaner.
I was using Costco microfiber cloth. Where do you get the Korean microfiber.

I don't think I have. I like these from Autofiber. They are also availability on Amazon. I have a lot of them and in different colors for different purposes or applications so a keep the same product on the towel as much as possible. They last a long time especially if you wash them with Rags to Riches. The oldest ones get wheel duty.
