Fog Lamp Button Stuck

Just got my G30 530iX but my fog lamp button is stuck. Used to work yesterday but now it looks like it stuck on there and I can't active my fog lamps. I have basic warranty, is that covered? Am I the only one having this issue? Lol. Will post pictures tomorrow

If it's in warranty berthing should be covered if it's deemed to be faulty.
Just take it to dealer , should be a quick fix although they may have to order the part in

Must be a common issue due to the number of people I see driving around when it's not foggy with their fog lights on!......

Had the same thing with my M550. I never used it or even hit the button and one day tried it and was stuck. Dealer replaced it no problem under warranty.

Had the same thing with my M550. I never used it or even hit the button and one day tried it and was stuck. Dealer replaced it no problem under warranty.

Thank you! It's just such a hassle to bring it in for repair for such a small thing. I'll probably just have it done when maintenance time comes.

Thank you! It's just such a hassle to bring it in for repair for such a small thing. I'll probably just have it done when maintenance time comes.

That's what I do. Less wrench time on car is better for your sanity.

I wouldn't. It is a warranty item. Don't mess around with it. You haven't been using it, you won't miss it until your next visit.
