2018 M550 Upper Air Flap Assembly

Was looking to see if anyone knows the exact part #. I need to replace my front upper air flaps, I have a 2018 M550, without Night Vision. Am I correct by thinking part # 51747497279 is the correct one?

Are yours acting up? There is an extended warranty on the upper and lower flaps, as well as the servo motors that runs them. BMWNA extended all G30s to 15 years/150,000 miles coverage. Just call your local BMW dealer service dept for a fix.

Even if your warranty has expired, BMW covers it through goodwill warranty. It's pretty straightforward. Just call your dealer and tell them this is a common issue. They'll take it up to HQ and clear it for you.

It's working perfectly, unfortunately due to negligence, a wrong chemical made contact with the black trim on the flaps, and lower grills turning everything white. Chemical ate through the plastic, I need to replace them. I'm looking into painting somehow on the cheap temporarily until after winter.

Update: Just got confirmation 51747497279 is the correct one. *($185.00 Brand New)*
