No DHP for me, and no problems. Coming from an M4, I have no complaints with the cornering ability of my M550i. And I have 20's with run-flats....no complaints about them either. Mine is black on black, with Napa leather. Love the car!

I also have 20" with summer runflats. Not sure how a car like that ended up at my dealer in Idaho, but the Michelin A/S tires (non-runflat) are on order.

With the other BMW cars I have had (535ix, 335ix, etc) changing to regular tires compared to the runflats made the biggest difference than anything else. The car was quieter, handled better and actually seemed to get better gas mileage.

And now with the ultra-high-performance all-season tires, they are speed rated up to 186mph.

I have always felt the same way, but the performance runflats on my car seem fine. I guess how they wear will be the decision-maker, but I have absolutely no complaints about handling, quietness, or ride feel. Could be because I came from an M4? Don't need A/S, but would like Michelin runflats.

Hi All. I ended up picking up Car 1 yesterday. I was able to drive it 200 miles home and had a ball.

I have no complaints about DHP. The whole car feels very different than my C450, so its hard to attribute the differences to any one thing. I can say the car does corner very flat, and the IAS works as advertised.

Ride is very smooth on the 19" wheels, and I, personally, like the way they look.

I'll post a longer review with some pictures later. I just wanted to share my outcome with those in this thread. Thanks for all your input.
