I ended up finding a recent one, that is pretty decent. Doesn’t even appear he let the launch control sit for 2-3 seconds either. It was his first time at the track I believe.

I have a 2021 550 i and ran at Atco about a month ago best time was 12.5@119 I am waiting for some tunes for this car ,nothing out yet.

You use Launch Control? And what modes were you in? The 119mph seems on par to what I have been seeing, but most are in the mid to high 11s I thought.

I did not use launch control. The 119 means I should be in 11s , I know . I only had 3 runs ,track was crowded and we had many breakdowns and fricken oil on the track.
My car only had about 1200 miles on it . I know I should get more miles befoe running it. i wanted to get a baseline before any mods . Now Im waiting for some software that I can use.

Yeah, definitely 11s with that trap! What are you doing fit mods? With a good tune you could be low low 11s or maybe high 10s. I want a tune so bad, but nervous about warranty etc. I would love the Carbahn, as they match the stock warranty, but no dealers around me. Definitely keep us posted when you run again and use LC!

Id like to do ,non catted down pipe, intake, exhausr and tune. High 10’s is my goal but Im worried about warranty. In 2014 I had the first C7 Corvette in Ct .Added a blower and took it to the track a few times. Then did the usual “ crank up the boost” ,promptly melted a piston on the dyno. Many thousands of dollars later I started all over . I do not want to repeat that but as of today no one has a tune for 2021 m 550i’s built after 7/20/2020.
I almost wish I ponyed up the extra $20 or 30K for the M! Of course Id be looking for a tune for that 🙈

You can check how it compares with known values for 2017 model. I think it matches reasonably well.

This is my M850i. It's stock, Most of the races I had by a car and a half and this was the closest one where I barely won. My car has done 10.0-10.2 60-130 consistently stock, but it was 85° out with DA over 3000. My car was running a lot slower that day (11.4-11.8) 60-130. He also beat 10 speed 5.0 mustangs as well as 10 speed auto Camaro SS'. His car was stock at the time too.

Edit: my fastest 0-60 mph for anybody wondering was a 3.41 on dragy and a 3.24 with 1ft rollout

Edit 2: Last thing to mention, every race was done from a 50 roll and I wasn't granted my 30 or 60 rolls. (Doesn't matter he's a close friend) So starting in 3rd at 50 I was pretty low in the RPM band every race. I was going to rerun him when the weather got a little cooler come fall time last year, and get my preferred rolls but he ended up getting a C7 ZR1 lol
