I know these will fit a 5 series as the guy I bought them from had an M550i he was going to use them on. He ended up trading so I bought them for my x3 under the impression, from him and a BMW salesman, they would work but unfortunately they didn't. He put maybe 10 miles on them and I put maybe 50 until my vehicle started having a sensor go off.
This is a staggered set with TPMS sensors and floating BMW center caps included.

Tires are Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 245/40R19

I'm in the Kansas City area and would like to sell them local if possible but please let me know if you are interested.

Just a quick note on the Nokian Hakkapeliitta snow tire for anyone not familiar with them. These are the BEST kick ass snow tire in the business. Little noise on bare pavement, decent handling, tons of traction on snow and a surprising amount on ice also. I've run them in the past on two CTS-V's (RWD) and my old X1. Great winter tire!
