Changing Shocks/springs- different for xi

To anyone that has changed the shocks/ springs- I am considering going to bilstein/eibach setup- a friend of mine has changed his on his RWD. Is the install any different on the xi?

No difference in the install. It's just that the front assembly is a tad heavier due the extra drive shaft up front, make sure to support it when it drops down. Other than that, 3 bolts on top, one for the sway bar link, one for the strut clamp, and I removed the auto level and speed sensors during the install.

May I ask if this will cause any problems in the future if you use a 'i' suspension setup? Or do they just charge you the extra money to make the front spring/shocks a little stiffer for the additional weight?
