3D camera remote view issue

There have been other threads on this but most are older and are not quite applicable to my issue. I have only had my '22 M550 a few days. I have been trying to use the 3D remote view from with my phone but it will not work. I have followed all of the instructions and checked the appropriate boxes. The message just seems to indicate that I need to enable data privacy but I have done that and selected the remote view box. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Same for my MY2020 530ix. Also I cannot access My Garage from the web portal. I am guessing it is on the BMW server sode.

Yeah, the My Garage site is down. However, the remote start from my phone works fine and I thought that also goes through the server.

My has been working, but just tried it and I got the same thing.

Sometimes after a software update, you have to re-enable the privacy settings in the iDrive menu.

Also don't forget check your AC settings to enable remote start.

I have checked, unchecked and rechecked the boxes in privacy settings. I will keep trying. I have the remote start enabled through the climate settings and it works fine from my phone. I am learning all the tech in this car but the 3D view from my phone has me pulling my hair out!
