My guess problem with glass mechanism. Anyone else hearing sunroof rattle with sunshade open?

I get the occasional squeaks and groans from the rubber seals when the car is flexing. Bit of lube on the seal typically solves that however. Sounds like you're having some kind of mechanical issue though. I'd go see the dealer to get it sorted

It might be same problem, I keep looking at rubber seals. When it goes in for next oil service, I will have dealer look at it. Hesitant because how do they get to sunroof, I don't want a mess of inside car roof.

Mine is solid.

Have your dealer check yours. That's what the warranty is for.
