Window Tint % for Bluestone recommendation?
I can't decide what tint % i am going to use for my Bluestone G30. Anyone have some recommendations and/or pics to share?

I just had mine done last weekend. I went with 3M Crystalline window tint. The sides and back windows have 20%, the windshield has 70%, and the sunroof has 40%. It wasn't cheap, but I'm very happy with the results.

Are you looking to stay legal in Cali or you don't care. I did 50% all around because that is required in VA for front windows and I didn't want two shades. Besides I have window shades in all the back windows that I can put up (or down).
I used LLumar Stratos series. It's LLumar's best film. Two layer film that blocks 99.5 of UV.

It's all relative to the look, privacy and how much light you need for night driving. I have 5%, in which my wife thinks is too dark. I love it. I think we the sweet spot to accommodate most would be 15-20%. Decent privacy and let's in enough light for most. I had 25%(I believe) in my F10 and hated it, way too light for me.

Nice, what is the advantage of the 3M compared to the cheap $100 jobs.

I have Dark Graphite Metallic and recently went with full 3M Crystalline - 40 sides, 20 rear & moonroof, 70 front windshield. IMO, our rides are too classy for a full, all around limo blackout; especially lighter paint shades.

The 20 didn't look as dark as I thought it might, but I'm glad I went with it. I love the dark graphite metallic paint. That's exactly what I had on my 2017 X6. Beautiful car.

To each his/her own. I think 40% is way to light.

Maybe it's because I'm in northeast never really felt the need to tint, can see CA and TX, AZ being completely different story...

I'm in the northwest and if you keep your cars like I do you realize how bad the sun is on the interior. Kills plastic dashes (mine is leather now). Not sure what is expensive but mine was around $700 for 4 windows and rear. UV is the killer and this blocks that. 50% is light but that is what I got. Could have gone 35% no problem but like I said I use the sunshade.

I only drive car on the weekend, so it's in garage Monday to Friday, don't expect a lot street parking either, though I suppose that's definitely the nyc special case...

Definitely a big city thing. I get in my car to just drive and get out of house. Driving (esp parking) in NYC can be more of a hassle and you can walk or subway to get out.

I did XPel 20 around and 45 windshield. Have some time off coming up so I'll be taking some new pictures of my car to upload.

Does the Crystalline 20% have a noticeable dark blueish tint to it in certain light? When last I checked a couple years ago the 20% had a reputation for being too blue. I stuck with 40% on my last two cars and I'm happy, but I'm tempted.
