Update August 2023: Car is at 57,700 miles. I still drive it occasionally to appreciate the fit and finish.
I’ve reduced the price to $28,500, lots of people on Facebook marketplace have been wasting my time. I was hoping an enthusiast like myself would appreciate the options. Car recently got a brand new AC condenser installed by BMW of Silver Spring. The service tech gave me a video of the car and reported no fluid leaks or any problems. |

Wow, man? Still haven't sold the car? I'd keep it now. Or see what Carmax, Carvana, or even Vroom would offer you.

Yes, I still haven’t sold, actually in dealership now with an offer of $25,650, we will see if they follow through. My dad got a new car and I decided to take his 2004 e320 rwd wagon with only 90,000 miles on it. It’s just sitting in his garage, decided to use the money from bmw on Treasury bills and keep the Mercedes for daily errands around town instead of my dad just letting it sit there. In 5 years, I can get whatever car I want. Short term sacrifice for long term gratification.

Update September 2023: dealership did a bait and switch, promised one price then gave another. I’m installing non-run flats next week and need to fix the AC as it’s blowing weak. Once fixed price will still be $28,000. I want to ensure the next enthusiast gets ice cold AC.
