Buliding site muck
I was parked near to a site where they are doing demolishing an old building and some of the wet muck from that site has gone on my car. Whats the best way of shifting the muck without damaging the paint?

From past experience (I visit building sites regularly as part of my job) I would rinse first with an open hose. You need to rinse the dust / grit from your car without rubbing it along your paint, so if using a jet wash be very careful not to apply too much pressure.
Once you have rinsed loose dirt, I would then snow foam the car to help loosen the remainder, followed by another open hose rinse. I would then finish up by washing with the two bucket method. Hope that helps, |

If you are doing this at home mate, buy one of these
https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Multifuncti....c100005.m1851 Its just a hose attachment, use a soap or snow foam on and just spray it over the car then rinse off....I use one for this very purpose to remove shit off the car if I visit a site etc. Just save pulling out the pressure washer or finding a garage with a working unit, plus they are a pain on the arse anyway. Make sure your soap/snow foam is PH neutral as any coating on it will be stripped also.
