BMW Connected App Issues

Is anyone else having issues with their BMW Connected App? I just switched from Android to iPhone XS and the connected app won't unlock my car. Turn on ventilation or even show the 3D View. I've deleted the app and cleared data several times.

I'm sure it is a one off issue but was wondering if anyone else had this happen and found out how to get it working.
