Was the 77.7K before or after incentives. If it was after which incentives did you take advantage of?

It was post incentives, dealer discounts, fees, taxes, etc (final price). I got the 6k financing rebate from the manufacturer at a 2.99 apr for 60 months. I also believe there was a 1k conquest incentive.

It's an okay deal.

If you try you can get an M550i under invoice before incentives.

Mine was $1.5k under invoice before incentives.

95k MSRP. 79k-ish out the door. (Don't remember the exact number)

Wow ... That seems very hard to believe (79k OTD incl taxes, fees, etc for a 95k msrp?), but I don't have a reason to doubt you anyways. For me, the dealer was stuck on this price and actually mentioned many times that he was 2k under invoice. I tried to haggle for 30-45 mins and struggled to get even $500 dollars off, even that took a conference call with the GM. I was researching more on this online and everyone seems to say this. is an excellent deal and it is backed by edmunds and truecar, etc. Regardless, I would say I am satisfied overall.

Are those under-invoice prices on a newly ordered, dealer stock, slightly test driven model?

Seems like a decent deal not amazing. If it were without incentives it would be a great deal but you’re not getting much off besides the incentives, definitely can be doing better.

Invoice price means nothing to the dealer. They get lots of holdbacks and other incentives so they never pay invoice.

From the pricing breakdown. I had a 85k MSRP, and around 13k in total savings, including the 6k finance rebate so 7k savings from the dealer. Selling price was 72k then slap on the 5.5k tax and destination charge, fees, etc.

Missed that tax was included. Looks much better now seeing that.

Bottom line is if you are happy with the car. If so, none of the rest of it matters at this point, no matter what any negotiation experts may say. Congratulations on a great machine, many happy hours of driving.

My bad. I mis-spoke (typed) when I said out the door.

It was 78-79k before taxes etc.

Since yours is including taxes etc, it's a pretty good deal.
