Is there a dealer-installed dash cam that uses the built-in cameras?

Not for the 5 series. Some other models with IDrive 7 have that as an option, though it's somewhat limited IMO. BMW does sell a windshield mount dash cam that can be dealer installed, but it's not as good as the top of the line 3rd party cameras and costs more (IIRC).
