BMW 530i (G30) - Alarm Activates Automatically (Intermittent)

Hello, one of my clients 5 Series is causing this problem intermittently, with all contact closed and locked the car sometimes activates alarm. Can someone suggest me what may be the reason for this problem? Its been the third time this client is complaining for this same problem. After I checked the alarm memory its stating the alarm was caused by LIN BUS.
I would be grateful if someone can suggest me what to do.

I had that issue when leaving a bluetooth dongle on the OBD port, it randomly triggered the alarm

Now i only plug it in when using bimmercode or similar
