I have a 2012 RR L322. I bought it when it was 3 years old and just off lease. Crazy how much the vehicle depreciates. Knock wood but I don't think I got a lemon. After 8 years the vehicle has only had two sets of brakes (1 rotor change) and the air suspension airbags replaced. I think mine is the exception rather than the rule. Granted it is not our daily driver. If I were going to get something new that was in the luxury category I'd probably lean towards Toyota land cruiser but wouldn't rule out MB or BMW.

Similar experience here, 2011 L322 and 85k miles... knock on wood it hasn't been too bad but I also bought and used an extended warranty. Currently thinking about getting a 2020 RR L405 ATB before they switch out of Ford V8s. The only thing that's giving me pause is how fast they depreciate and wondering if I'm better off picking up an ATB in 2 or so years. Really like my L322 though.

Yep, cooled and heated cupholders are included in the Executive Package on X5s and X7s since 2019.
