Just got (2) Alpine R2 12in subwoofers powered by a JL RD1500 installed into my M550i. Used a LC2i Pro with a TechnicPNP harness. Pictures attached!

Unfortunately I bought the pre-LCI harness so I’m trying to get rid of it. $50 shipped if anyone would like it.

How does the subs sound within the car? Enough voice from assuming the HK interiors?

I emailed my installer and asked him for specifics, I'll let you know what he says!

Yup, HK interiors. Disabling ASD boosted highs so it sounds great! At max volume, there is a good amount of voice to go with the subs. No rattling in the car so it is clean bass. ELS Studio in my TLX definitely sounded better with these though.

The installer: “No Fuse, the LC2i Pro provides auto turn on when signal is present.” I believe the RD amps (I think you mentioned you’re using this in previous threads) can sense when signal is present so you probably don’t need it. Post pics when you’re done!
