Last Wednesday, so it went through in just about 8 or 9 days. Didn't sit in QC for an extended period which I think is a good sign.

Once it's left the port I'll start tracking the ship. My CA tells me their cars all arrive at Oxnard (I'm in Colorado), so unfortunately a few extra days at sea I guess. Could potentially be here before July though!

Reading these threads makes me happy that I went ahead and got my Alpina rather than waiting on the allocation for my M550ix build. I'm impatient. And I always wanted one, so I got to scratch that itch.

So, @str8face, I couldn't help but notice your very attractive garage list. I grew up with a '67 XK-E, but the folks sold it (fortunately after I got my license and got to enjoy it a bit). Of course back then, it was just an old car, not a real classic yet, so we drove it. You know, when it would start.

I know this is OT, but I'm curious what kind of ownership experience you've had with the Bentley. I considered buying one, but ran away after considering what the maintenance and repair potential might be.

Brewster green is my favourite colour in a car. Looks stunning.
Wish you could get it with yellow/gold callipers to complete the build.

I'll suggest that since it is over the cab and above all of those 18 wheels, it's probably the safest spot to avoid road debris. It's just going to get a few bugs, that's all.

Great looking ride. Very classy appearance. My 2023 M550i is in Tanzanite blue with the dark Mocha Nappa leather. Currently on the Phoenix Leader making it's way through the Panama Canal. I expect it will arrive at the port around the 21th and then make it's way through Customs, to the VPC. Gettin close now.

Congratulations to a wonderful car with a perfect Color choice! Happy it finally arrived and for you sharing some photos! If it wasn't for the shadow line I could have thought it was my car although the Brewster is a little darker and more brown than my BRG. Hope you enjoy both driving it and looking at it!
