Have a 2017 540i xDrive, been testing waters on selling it but having a hard time guaging what it’s worth because it doesn’t really come close to any comparable examples I’ve seen from following the G30 market for thr last 6 months…

It’s a 45K mile example, 2-owner, no accidents, but here’s what makes it hard to put a value on it….

In addition to the common desireable options such as M Sport, LED HL, Comfort / Climate Seats, ect... It also has:


- S2VA - Dynamic Handling Pack "Adaptive Drive"
- S2NH - M Sport Brakes
- S4NM - Ambient Air / Fragrance Paket
- S4NB - 4-Zone Climate w Digital Panel & Ceramic Knob Application
- S6UK - Night Vision With Person Recognition
- S5DN - Parking Assistance System Plus
- S5DV - Remote-Controlled Parking
- S3DS - BMW Display Key
- S5AT - Driving Assistant Plus

I have no idea what the MSRP is but if I had to guess, probabaly somewhere north of 80K? Any ideas what something of this nature could fetch?

“Fully loaded” and “top spec” gets thrown around awfully frequently but you aren’t kidding with this one. It’s Canadian spec, not US but I’m guessing you knew that.

Nevertheless, lack of B&W is a bummer. I believe it was available for these in CA. It’s also lacking individual features, no extended leather or alcantara headliner. Or merino leather for that matter. I’m nitpicking but there are examples out there with all the above, few and far between.

To be brutally honest, most potential buyers aren’t going to appreciate the night vision, ambient air package and 4 zone climate despite their rarity. I don’t think it’s going to fetch much more than comparable well-optioned us spec 540’s.

dont think we got the m5 seats in the US. is the lit up m5 logo stock? kinda odd that a 540 has m5 on it.

It’s been through some “looks”…. Nearly all of them…. Stock, PLCI M5, LCI M5, PLCI M550, to PLCI M5 w Aragon interior as it currently sits. Nearly my perfect F90 MLite if it had an S58 xDrive. But yeah, it can all go back to stock with its original parts that were first removed at 23k (literally after that first picture was taken in the original post)…

At the end of the day, it's a well optioned G30.

Price accordingly or part it out and put it back to stock which will take a good amount of time.
