Is anyone with msport brakes experiencing brake pads shortage ? I have been waiting for over 3 weeks and now service advisor telling me another few weeks, I'm in northeast region.

I've ordered a 545e M Sport and was informed that BMW have supply issues for the breaks going on this car, and estimated delivery therefore uncertain. Although iM not sure if it's the break pads or other parts of the breaks that's the problem …

Yup same exact with my M550i. In new york i got word apparently there is 400 sets being distributed throughout the USA and its a hit or miss for everyone waiting

Here in the Midwest, my service advisor said indefinite worldwide backorder on pads. My M550 needs new pads, but still able to drive. Another M550 has been at the dealer over 1.5 months waiting on parts, metal on metal...

my SA informed be the pads came in but I managed to get a new car so there are some out there.
