BMW 2017 530i Antenna for Apple Carplay
Hey guys,
I wanted to get apple carplay on my 2017 530i which does not come with the apple carplay preparation. The issue is that the antenna posted by most (Bingfu Fakra for BMW/Merc etc) is out of stock in Canada and will take at least a few months from alibaba or ebay to get here. Has anyone used another antenna that I could fit to enable carplay? I know I will need to get the feature unlocked but right now my first step is to get the correct antenna. I see online quite a few antennas but cannot figure out what connection type I need and if I need a male or female of that. Can you please share what antennas you used? |

I ordered the part from the BMW dealer. They will sell it to you for around 20-50$ USD? Can't remember the price!
