Trying something new and local. I'm hosting the St-Patrick's Kitchen Party at my place tomorrow.

Man...I have had stronger water! LOL

Most of the beers I drink on the regular are anywhere from 8-12% ABV

I've now found a beer that's 2.1 ABV so can drink double that amount when driving, cheaper than water

It also depends on the occasion and what you are eating of course, but this is a very nice one as well:

A Belgian brown ale, that would go well with a tavern lunch.

Why are you trying to DRINK & DRIVE? Like is that your goal? As a person who has been hit on 2 coasts by drunk drivers I hate to hear about people drinking & driving and I have zero sympathy for anyone who gets busted for a DUI

Just sayin

Sorry to hear that but I have to get to the tavern somehow and of course let's drink in moderation if we are driving.

Hard to find draft here. The draughtflow cans with the 'widget' thing are not too bad.

I just finished Breckenridge Brewery vanilla porter. Great beer that is even better at the brewery where they offer it as a nitro on tap. You can also buy it in cans as a nitro, but it isn't the same.

Discovered this beer years ago during a visit to Texas. Still a favorite to this day.
