Complete list of potential missing options

B&W is still available, (certainly for the UK) albeit with extended delivery (it's holding my build date up right now)
Checked an hour ago as its a major no no if it gets deleted.

Same here. I've been assured that the B&W will be on my car as ordered and that it caused an extra month delay for that alone.

Sucks to see the Bowers get deleted completely, if what was stated earlier in this thread is true.

If B&W is deleted in the US, for me it's pretty simple. Non-starter, I don't order one. That is a HUGE omission for me and changes the driving experience significantly. The base Hi-fi system is terrible and HK isn't much better.

When I put in my build with the dealer last month, they provided a pricing guide for B&W, and it stated "As of August 2021, 6F1 Bowers and Wilkins Diamond Sound will end production." This was for North America.

I just built a 530D mSport and both Tech & Tech+ with B&W were able to be added?
This was on UK configurator.

I have just been the the UK configurator, and done the 545E (M Sport) and both Tech Pack & Tech + pack are available.

I actually have that on order, and another major no no if any of it gets the elbow.
Perhaps the site was not working correctly when you tried.

I hope so too. Its the £5k tech pack with everything on it that i could not select and a message at the top in read appearing saying that die to parts shortages your option cannot be selected.

Does the 22 5 Series come with the updated version of Apple Car key, where you don’t have to take the phone out of your pocket for doors to unlock/lock? Thanks!

I got both the digital key and the kick trunk release on my new build. Only thing that was missing was the wireless charger, which I would never use anyways.

5 series didn't get many of those extra removals….

Digital key and hands free trunk are the only real deletions for 5 series.

The Sun shades on the executive package: the rear sun shade is power. The ones on the side rear doors are manual. I thought that was the case in general, until I saw an 8 series that had it and they were all power…

I got both of those on my build

Just looked at my build sheet (week 4) and it is now showing wireless charging. Anyone else in the queue able to take a look?

Yes. I just ordered and the dealer verified that it is on Germany's build profile for the car (M550 -- not sure about the 30 or 40 series).

iDrive Controller Classic now says iDrive Controller non-Touchpad… really hope that means it will be ceramic
