Coding Support Retrofit Comfort Access SA322 to G31
Hello together,
i am from germany and i have now for three months a nice 2017 G31 520 D with lot's of additional stuff inside. As a mistake by myself i missed that my car has with the innovation package no Comfort access (SA322) inside. As i bought it without a test drive from a big BMW dealer far away i din't recognized that before i got the car. I am an engineer and worked already several years during the study as mechanic for cars. As i found this guide from a russian guy i took the challenge and did retrofit all required components and wires to my car. https://www.drive2.ru/l/562646489285788340/ 1) I added 2 additional antennas outside left and right under the side sills 1 inside in the trunk 2 inside they where already there due to comfort start of the engine with the button 2) module for comfort opening of the trunk with foot kick and antennas 3) 4 new door handle with comfort access 4) new switch for the trunk to close the car if i like 5) one beeper to make some noice during open/ close of the trunk 6) new rear high fuse box with middle LIN box So every wire is connected like shown in the original wiring diagram for my car from newTIS for the comfort access and i did V0 code the 322 to all required control units. For now i can't use the handles or foot kick system to lock or unlock. With the coded 322 i can't start even the car with the key in the car. It gives a failure in the head unit that the key is not present and i should position it near to the ring antenna near the steering wheel. Then the car is starting. I have no failures shown in ISTA. When i test the comfort access system with ISTA i can observe following: antenna test: All antennas were found. Additional there were also two more antennas shown which were not used in the G31 like an outdoor trunk antenna as example. The final antenna test result is not OK. But no failure or problem is desiced else. handle test: The system is not recognizing my hand near to the handle position for opening or close. key test: key is only avaiable and tested OK when positoned near to the ring antenna. System advises to exchange the key for BMW service. Does anyone has some experience or additional ideas what to do to get my CA system to life? I believe for some problem with my BDC. As it recognizes every antenna i hope it should work without exchange. Maybe i need to refresh Flexray bus or something like that? Or i read about a gateway table - maybe it has to do with that? Any extra detail or idea: Just ask me for. If it works finally i can also describe my steps and tricks for all users in the forum. My smart opener has stopped working. ista states that is powered up ok; no errors, but it does not sense/ send signal to bdc. Does anyone know which pinout it is on bdc?

I found that very strange since I double checked BDC part nr. and my BDC is full option (I have active seats and almost all equipement available except CA…) + I found one BDC with same part number on ebay that was from G11 which was equiped with CA… I would kindly ask you to let me know which part nr. are the keys I shoul oreder or what is the correct procedure to order them?
