Question 530i Engine Oil Temp low

hey, my 2017 G30 530i engine oil temp is lower than the middle for long time. Yesterday was not moving at all and when I parked the car the fan was loud. took it to the workshop and the guy reset it by the computer and went back to work but in the middle as it supposed to be. see below photo.....any idea?
a year ago I changed the Cooling system-thermostat housing.

That's a coolant gauge rather than oil by the way. Sorry don't know how to help but something that might be worth looking at is the hidden cluster menu that allows you to see a few hidden bits of info including coolant AND oil temperature

That will tell you raw info . Maybe if some help? But if coolant temp is. It moving then my guess is a sensor as the coolant must obviously be increasing in temp as you drive
