My 2018 530i $22k spent

Hello,

If anyone needs stock g30 wheels I have a set like new that were taken off with 15k miles on them.

Before I get flamed I want to say that I have always wanted a 5 series, I should have done more homework and have trim regret however still love my car. That said, all of the mods can be moved to a better trim or newer year 5 series.

List of work done so far:

20" wheels (sorry don't ask, I spent literally months picking these)
Powder coated the wheels black because they only make them in silver.
Nitto INVO tires
Black grill
Black window trim
Painted chrome door handles black
Painted air ducts black
Painted orange side reflector on bumper black
Upgraded from Sport Line to M-Sport bumper (with fog lights)
Lowered with HR springs
Smoked tail lights

It is currently in the shop now having the following parts painted and installed.

M-Sport side skirts

Ac Schnitzer G30 body kit (minus the diffuser because they don't make exhaust for 530i I think)

It started out like this but without tint or black window trim/grill.

I will post the updated pics next week with the body kit.

It is in the body shop now! I will have it next week. I upgraded from the sportline side skirts to m-sport and did the acs body kit, everything is done just waiting on the side skirts from acs. It looks great. Can't wait to post it.

Thanks a lot! Yeah that was one of the first things I did to it. Made a great difference along with the tint and black front grill.

There’s actually a few exhaust for the G30 530. I also have a 530i . Below is a short clip of the car and exhaust sound. Installed catted downpipe, did resonator delete and it has meistershaft exhaust,

Nice!! I’ll look into that. I was talking about no exhaust from acs for my trim

I love your tail lights. Are they tinted? I'd love to do mine. Wouldn't look the same with my car being Champagne Quartz.

Thanks yeah they are we're done by a shop called Signature Finishes in Brooklyn Park MD. The lights are the only thing I've gotten a repair order so far lol. You should hit them up I'm sure they'd tint yours if you sent them but yea it sure how they'd look with your color.

Everything looks good but the taillights for me. Cheapens the look and you're just asking to get ticketed or worse, rear ended

I can appreciate your opinion, I was thinking when I get the g31 I likely won't tint them because as you said, the laws don't like them.

I was pulled over and had a repair order for them already but it's because I left Baltimore lol. So long as I stay in the city the cops don't give a [expletive].

I was pulled over once in my life in Baltimore City and the guy came and starts listing all of the illegal mods and then pulls a set of bmw keys out of his pocket and says he's on his 5th one lol. Talked cars for 30 mins.
