1-quality is comparable to OEM
2-has E? certificate to not have any legal issues
3-can be coded in the same way
4-you remember to buy also 51499448 943&51499448944 Gutters cover on left&right side panels as mentioned in BMW original guide!

They do. I put my order in yesterday with Abdul. Not sure I would have been the Guinea pig anyway or would have waited on reviews from others. I want to get these lights in asap so I can enjoy them before they get old. I hope the reviews are good though for others. That's a $600 savings!

I am thinking coding may not be needed due to the fact it is a Chinese knock-off product and they most likely are not using the same technology BMW is in the new LCI lights. This may in fact be using compatible technology to the pri-LCI lights just in the LCI shape/looks. Basically maybe the guts are the same or somewhat similar to pre LCI.

Maybe, definitely could be the case. I wonder about the quality of the light enclosure

Step 2: Turn on our taillights (don't tear off the protective film), and connect the wires.
Step 3: After connecting the wires, check whether the function of the bulb is normal (contact us as soon as possible if it is abnormal)

Yeah, these are definitely plug and play. All the wiring has been done internal to the enclosure. I've seen about 5 people who have installed and confirmed.

I would just use caution in the quality and the illumination. My motivation was driven by my love for the new lights. If these don't look like OEM or you can tell for any reason they are not, it defeats the purpose.

Thanks for the info Joe. I'm still hesitant. Only reason I tend to not want to go full OEM path is because a 2018 does not call out LCI lights and if there was ever an accident or who knows what and someone installed the original lights things wouldn't work correctly.

In terms of reinstalling the pre-LCI lights, it's really as simple as having a dealer just reflash your Vehicle Order, or getting a coder to recode. My indie shop can also just reflash the BDC. My plan is to out my old ones back on when it is time to trade. I may just drop it off coded for LCI and tell them about it. Flashing to the VO is simple for them.

The concern I have is losing my coding through a dealer update when in for service. I tell my dealer to not update any software every time I am in. I told them I did some coding. They don't care. Of course if I had a major issue and they insisted on flashing the car to remedy it, I would have to get my coder back in.

I think you may be waiting a while for comparisons. I only know of a few people who did these and they opted for the ones that did funky shit, like sequential blinkers. The two people that did them were kind of ballers, like the kind of people that slam their cars and put LEDs under the side skirts and call people "brah".
