I average about 23-24 in combined city/highway driving......if I stay away from Sport Plus. But I frequently use the transmission sport mode (moving the shift lever to the left) without any reduced mileage. I have found the M550, as a DD in comfort mode, to be very economical. Just don't unleash the beast........or do and live with the economical consequences! I love this car!
