Suspension advice

Am looking at getting a G30 530d M Sport early next year. Am I right in thinking that VDC deletes 704 m sport suspension, so no 10mm drop from SE set-up?
Asking as I have M Adaptive on my 4 GC which doesn't seem to be available on the 5 here in the UK?
Thanks

That is correct
3 options in the uk

Standard (se) passive
Msport passive (704 lower by 10mm)
Vdc or edc (naming seems to change depend on where or when you look but same thing) which is active and is the same height as the standard se suspension

Adaptive msport not available in the uk . I think it came as standard on the 550i which of course we don't get (was a rumour we would but that has all gone quiet)

Thanks for clarifying
I've had M Adaptive on a couple of cars with 19" rims now and it's quite effective, although the car can feel a bit floaty at speed.
I test drove a 530d on 19" rims and passive suspension last week and it seemed okay, fairly well planted.
Whilst I like the look of the 20" option, I wouldn't want 245/35 front 275/30 rear profile tyres on UK roads, tbh
What's your experience with the latest 5 series been like?

Very good. Very pleased with it.
Had mine just over 2 years now and only issues I've had are :-
Reversing camera not worked on 3 occasions
Low coolant warning last week for first time . Car had been parked up for 2 weeks on this occasion .

Its definitely a keeper.
Haven't got links to hand but did post a long review of my car in thisforum
