I wish there were some pictures from further away. All these close ups are teasing. These pictures really pump me up though. The ass on this thing is incredible.

Nice...... Yours are much better than my camera phone shots.
I saw her just this morning in Encino, CA on Ventura Blvd.... Like you, I chased it down, but then had to let it go as I had somewhere to be.... NiCE !! |

I only recently put my deposit down on this M3 and these pictures have reassured me I have made the right decision. Early on I was not sold on the direction that BMW was taking with the design of the e90 (IMO pictures of the E90 sedan, never do it justice, beautiful car). But now I am more excited then ever to recieve my M3.

I just wanted to say...
I just came back from a trip to california, where I rented a mustang convert and was cruisng PCH around the malibu area, and what do I see.. Yep, this very car was hauling ass on PCH and it looked unbelievalby good. It stood out, not because of all the body cladding but because of the really flowing overall design. I basicly flipped out and went crazy when I saw it pass by, enough so that my glasses fell right off my head This car is going to be an instant classic, I'm convinced of it! |

I'm still very unsure about I-drive after reading a recent review on a 5-series where the reviewer stated it took 5 separate motions and clicks on the mouse just to select a pre-set on the radio. Can this be true? How are you supposed to drive and choose a radio station at the same time? |

My 2 cents on iDrive. I rented a BMW 1 series for about 2 months and it was equiped with iDrive. Intially I hated it but then it became bareable until when I finally turned in I got used to it and it was not so ok (not OMFG great mind but ok). idrive I found as something after one or two test drives or even a week you can get a good feel for. It took me 1.5 months to really appreciate it and I will be getting on my M3 if it is not standard equipment.
But I will agree with jo2k, HUD I think is a no brainer for anyone purchasing the M3. |
