Those prices are outrageous. I got my 2020 M550i in May of 2020…when they weren't selling anything AND BMW picked up the first two payments. $1,040 a month, nothing down. 96k MSRP. My residual is 10k-15k below market value so I'll make some coin off it too. Might just keep it as I'll get hosed on the backend if I get something new, but I'd finance during these times as others have said.

Thanks for the info. Always wondered what m550s were before everything went crazy.

Where and when? Please share here or by pm.

I’m looking for 10 percent off plus programs.

Cannot find it so I guess I’m buying out my lease.

Looks like it was in December 2020. Still a great price even for that time!

Was actually looking at the Telluride instead of the X7. Seems like a great family car for better value.

Its a gorgeous SUV. I want one badly, but not going to pay the $5K+ markup they're adding on during this car madness. The 2023 is getting a facelift supposedly

Couple years off from getting one myself, but hoping things level off by then. The reviews for it have been favorable. As nice as the X7 don't know if its worth the markup/price tag though that's subjective.

My wife got a 2022 KIA Sorento a few months ago. KIA/Hyundai have really stepped their game up. With a toddler and a baby, we wanted to have something with the newest tech and space, where we didn't care if the car was getting beat up on a daily basis. A luxury SUV didn't make sense, and this one hit the nail right on the head.

This market is crazy stupid. My previous F85 had a sticker of $115k and I paid $800/month lease, no cap cost reduction!
What is your fico score, 25000? You must have put a large sumof money down at signing to be at $800 on an X5 M new...or else there is cap involved. they would be paying you to lease their car...

what MF did they use, .0001? 1500 down doesn't even cover taxes, did you have a trade in also?

like i said, no cap cost reduction! Good negotiating ... I think it was like 18% off sticker, with combined BMW NA incentives/credits, plus $1k BMA CCA rebate (to be fair I always pay hte state tax and doc fees upfront, but it isn't cap cost reduction, it's just not paying interest on fees)

Perfect timing too when 2017's were just hitting the streets with idrive 5 and the Money factor was artificially low and the residual was artificially high

Ah ... the good old days
