Opinions on 07 750Li

Hey guys... I have a wicked deal on a loaded 750Li I am strongly considering for my work vehicle. Can anyone provide me with an opinion on the reliability and potential maintenance issues I am going to run into as the miles go up?

It has 40,000 miles and is under warranty until august of this year. Would an extended warranty from BMW be smart As well?
