BMW M Track Days
So, when I traded my M4 for my M550i, I was kicked out of M Gruppe, because I no longer had a "real" M car. I was also called a poser on the M forums for the same reason. Interesting and confusing, because I first drove the M550i in the drag races at M Track Days at COTA in Austin. Anyway, just received an invitation from BMWNA for M Track Days at COTA this July, to experience again all the cars in what BMW calls the M family, and I will attend again. Hope to get a drive in the M5, and to scope out the M850i. Can't wait to drive COTA again and "pose" behind the wheel for a photo.

I received an invitation too, I thought oh sweet they’re giving me a free day at thermal again. No, they invite you to pay for it. The SO won’t buy off on that!

That track is fun for cars. Not so much for bikes. I've ridden in on my "other" BMW. This photo is from MSR in Houston during a CMRA race. Have fun!
