It’s been a grind. Hopefully I’ll find one sooner than later. Rhodonite is awesome but there don’t seem to be any out there that fit close enough with the other things I’m looking for.

Oh yes. I’m familiar. I planned to buy it this weekend. But they found some minor body damage and also some pretty extensive and poorly done paint work, none of which was disclosed by the auction. So I don’t even know if they’ll keep it. He said they may have to arbitrate it with the auction and send it back, if the auction company doesn’t want to pay to fix it or if they find further issues that they can’t get okay with.

Big bummer. In my mind, that deal was done.

that sucks...but at least they were up front with you. individual colors are likely needle in haystack scenarios, but hey, if that's what your targeting, and don't need a car right now, it will be worth the wait!

Finally decided to debage the car, was 60/40 but decided a v8 that looks like a 520d to the untrained eye is cool. Overvthe past few weeks I’ve fully debaged it, including the ugly M badges on the wings.

Its fully stealth mode now with colour code m mirrors, body coloured side vent covers and shadowline front grill.

Is a 2023 out of your budget? I was going to say, maybe ordering one would be the way to go. This way, you can get everything you want.

B - You can’t really find allocations at this point, anyway. Production ends in a few months.
