Online Mail - Not Working?
My online mail hasn't been working for about a week.
Can anyone confirm if it works for them? I'm hoping it doesn't - I suspect it's another connected drive failure. I'm in the UK |

Thanks for that - you are seeing the same as me. I tried deleting my e-mail account and re-adding it. Couldn't add it from the car, only from the connected drive portal.
I'll contact BMW customer services and see if they are any help. In my experience the dealers are a waste of time for these sort of problems - I feel that I know more about it than they do! I'll update on progress. |

Agreed. Long long ago in a galaxy far far away, I advised THE BMW CONNECTED DRIVE team how to set up email accounts in their cars. In fairness it wasn't so easy then. I received a virgin experience day of my choice as a thank you.
Would be interested to know what you find out. Best avoid wasting the dealers time. |

OK, I contacted Connected Drive in the UK.
Told me they weren't aware of any issues with Online Mail. Sent me a few questions to answer relating to what e-mail provider etc. (GMAIL, IMAP). They will investigate. To be continued.... |

I'll test mine tomorrow when I'm in the car. At least another data point.

This seems to be a problem for quite a few people.
Response from BMW today is that the issues has been raised with the technical support team but there is "no timeframe for a response". I think that's rather disappointing. |
