My wife and I have driven from Vegas to Lone Pine, CA on 190 several times.

If a car doesn't overheat climbing out of Death Valley it won't do it anywhere.

The last time we did it the outside temp showed 113°F.

We ignored the "Turn off A/C" signs and the temp gauge never budged over half way.

BMW really does know what they're doing.

When I was living in Vegas, I did a cpl of trips to Death Valley. One time it hit 128 degrees.
