Just got an update and appear ASS (default to last used) and Alpina display are now available.

sorry guys silly question.

It would be cool to extend the hands off warning.
For Drivers Assistance Package. i sent them a request to this and they stated they are working it..

That and disabling the disclaimer at startup would be worth the price of the app and the adapter!

I don't remember exactly where it was, but there are not that many options to run through when connected. Not sure what heading it was under.

BimmerCode was recently updated to allow coding for 2 more modules (BDC and safety).

But these two additional modules require UniCarScan OBD dongle. If anyone plans to buy BimmerCode go with this dongle right away.

I've got Kiwi3 dongle and now would have to buy again.

The UniScan OBD one linked in their site appears to be Germany shipping only. The other one linked (ScanTool OBDLink MX Bluetooth) is Andrioid only. There is an iOS version, but it is wireless not BT and more expensive ($139 US).

I know this is an older thread but i just coded the car for alpina display and trunk opening with the button inside and M display upon startup on the iDrive screen - not a single thing worked and it said the car was coded. is there not a customer service phone number? or does this program just not work well at all? I might just be doing it wrong? , which is extremely possible...

Did the same here on 540 / G30 except for Alpina. Worked fine with UniCarScan first time. The video in motion took a redo, but then worked second time no issues. Which OBD are you using?

turns out Alpina only works with full digital display. I think I got it to work now. I did enable video in motion but since my phone "holder" is installed in the CD tray...I haven't tried it...

i brought the full version dimmer code also a vgate wifi adapter, but it showing connect error when half way identify the ecu. does anybody had the same issue? need some help.
