No Android text notifications.....

Can any one tell me if they hear a tone from the car when you get a text? I get an icon in the top right screen but no notification tone.. I have the same issue if I connect an iPhone. Anyone else?

Yes, I have the same issue.... I'd love a notification tone, but cannot find a way to make it happen (iPhone / CarPlay user here).

i believe bmw disabled the text tone notifications. only banners are allowed.
