Manually draw (not good at photoshop at all). I think this is close to the bumperdesign.

Looks pretty darn accurate, except I would make the side vent height a little bit closer to the center vent height, it wont be as pronounced as cars like the 2/M2

Not too bad and fairly close...

Scribbled with illustrator on my phone using my finger (not as easy as one would think).

Take a look at all the lines on my attached "work" and look at these following cars and apply some interpretation:

Gran Lusso Concept
Vision Future Luxury
X4 M40i
X6M
4er M Sport
Concept Compact Sedan

Also keep in mind this car has two different outer intake configurations but only one trim insert...one with fog lamp, one with it missing. Also look very close at the center intake...there's still some camo and interesting detailing

I'll scribble a side and back also in a bit for anyone wanting to give some final renderings a shot. I finally saw the car in person and hope my memory of all the little details is close enough. There is a lot going on but it works very well.

This one isn't *too* bad...the roof line and C Pillar (a la Gran Lusso) are there and the double shoulder line is present. The trunk/boot lines and lamps are off some but the lower body is not close.

Final Render

Hello all.

Sorry it took a while to do this final render, but I hope you will like it. I got high res pics from Jason to do the work (and it took a while!) and I think that within a detail or two, this should be very close to the production version...

You can see that it differs very much at the font, from my original render...

Cheers!

Pic before, after, then animated gif to show the transformation, then put in a nicer landscape

(sorry had to put some watermarks on the renders so others can't take credit for the work)

There is actually no big difference from previous series BMW produce now terrible designs... have somebody seen the X3, x1, x4 /??

When they release G11/G12 I was thinking..hey? serious? Design +/- like predecessor only some new useless features like gesture motion? Will somebody circle with finger to low/up the volume? no. everybody will use button on the steering wheel.

But back to the upcoming G30. Acording the spied photos, exterier will be almost the same like F10 - what a suprise , when they did the same with 7er. And the interior spy pictures...well i dont think it will be some WOOOW effekt.

I do own e92 now - my 4th BMW. But I have to admit, the new eS class or C-class from Merc are far faaar away from BMW

This.

I would buy this tomorrow. I looked at a 3er touring but the powertrain combos weren't to my liking and the increase in cargo wasn't all that noticeable.

But this, I would buy. The E wagon still looks too frumpy. Even in E63 mode, the current one looks too much like a hearse, and the upcoming one looks not much better.

No the Gran Turismo lives but in a far sleeker form than before.

I don't think it has been federalised for North America.
Conversation with someone at Mercedes-Benz suggests same goes for the next E-Klasse. It is being outsold by GLE and GLS. But a raised E-AllRoad type version would be available.

Well go to know that Mercedes is not giving up completly. Maybe Bmw could compete with a 5er Touring "X-Line".

That would be the X5. It has been approached but research has shown BMW customers do not want such a raised vehicle as the X5 is more than adequate.

http://www.autoblog.com/2016/06/06/2...agon-official/ Well I guess your contact was wrong both E400 and E63 wagon to be expected in North America. Volvo is also brigning the V90. Maybe it's time to reconsider the G31.

A touring model in the US would be nice to compete with MB, here is another article confirming the E Touring, http://www.caranddriver.com/news/201...ass-wagon-news

http://www.mercedes-benz.ca/content/...t_us/news.html 52% sales increase for the wagon. Better results than the sedan or the coupe now imagine what it will do when their brand new car will arrive.
