Car looks great! Pretty much fully loaded too. That price however, we're approaching M5 territory. Similar equipped CPO vehicles can be had in the $50k-$55k range. GLWS!

That's the first one I saw I liked, took me 30 seconds. To find the one that will be right for YOU might take longer, but they are there to be found. How do I know? I just purchased one fully loaded, around that $50k range, gems are around my friend.

No doubt that’s pretty close or over 60 after taxes and fees though. I just purchased my CPO for 55 OTD 29k miles but definitely not as loaded as other options out there (all wanted around 60 OTD...)

Lots of options 60+ OTD as you said sure, however there is gems to be found if you're patient and look hard enough. I don't want to take over OPs post, my M550 had slightly higher mileage, albeit pretty much fully loaded and I was smart and took advantage of incentives etc. I was $55k OTD including NJ tax etc.

Did Canada not have the dynamic handling package for that year? I figured it would be there in a fully optioned car as it's a $3.6k USD option. It's actually the most expensive "option" you can get on the car right now.

I believe the Adaptive M Suspension(2VW) is the same it is also a $3500 option here in Canada.

Actually, I found the following info. DHP includes 2VW, but that doesn't mean the car has the full package. The full option would be ZDH. This car would be missing the most expensive option that's currently available on the M550i.

Dynamic Handling Package (ZDH) includes three separate components:
- Adaptive M Suspension Plus (2VW)
- Integral Active Steering (Z1A)
- Active Roll Stabilization (ZX5)

I still think they are the same. Here is a screenshot of what is included in the DHP Package
Maybe someone out there can clear this up? But as far as I can tell it's the same they both include the M adaptive suspension and active roll stabilization and I'm sure the IAS is also there.

Maybe it is - not sure how it works in Canada. I was just going off of your codes from the original post which would indicate it's not. It would indicate that you do have the suspension, but not the full DHP package.
