Style M669 wheels / Tires

I upgraded my M550 wheels from style 664 to 20 inch style 669, they came mounted with Pirellis. I use the 669/ms during summer and switch to 664 with Sottozeros during winter.

Does any one know what should be the air pressure for the 669 Pirellis , IDrive tells me 46 for rear and something like 42 for fronts...

Any thoughts ,, seem a bit much.

Thanks

Have you checked the sticker on the drivers inner pillar? Or the manual if sticker is missing?

The door frame sticker will only show the settings for the tire size that came on the car. If you change tires sizes or types, you need to check the manual for your specific model year. If you don't have one, you can download from the BMW website. You should also be able to set your TPM so that it shows the appropriate target settings. Make sure you have the manual for your exact model year, since different model years of the M550 have different recommendations. In fact, for 19 summer tires, the manual for my 2018 M550 said 35 front, 38 rear. For my 2021 M550 LCI, the manual now says the reverse, 38 front and 35 rear. If know that's strange, but that's also what was shown on the door frame of both cars (and also by the TPM display) and BMW service confirmed it was correct but couldn't explain why.
