Can someone explain to me how this is working? Where my original FSC are stored? How reliable is it? What are the chances that in the future my original FSC will not be available to be restored? What if that happened how to revert to original state? etc.

Original is backed up to computer.

I took would like to know how all this works. The tool saved for me on my desktop a navigation FSC. Problem I have is my navigation says loading and no voice control. Would pulling the saved FSC resolve that? I can get it all working by running feature installer and entering the code but that does not return the HU to original state.

Dealer flashed an update without me removing the carplay activation. They were not able to update maps, failed due to 3rd party software and so when I got the car navigation says loading.
