Was recently reading about it, thinking about trying it for that 2pm sleepy feeling at work. I don't like being too stimulated though so hopefully it isn't too intense.

Tried racetams and they didnt do much for me. The only nootropics I have really felt a difference from are rhoidolea rosea, ashwaganda, and l-theanine.

Try keto diet and you won't have that 2pm post lunch crash.
