SportLine bumper trim replacement

Is this trim easily removed, without the need to remove the bumper? Looks like it’s held on by tabs maybe. I cannot find the OEM part number, I just need one. After replacing, I am going to vinyl wrap both sides. This is driver side, thanks !

There's a thread on replacing this. In short, you have to remove the bumper. I changed mine out to black from chrome.
