Can't see why the brakes from a 330d wouldn't fit; you might need 18" wheels for them to clear, maybe?

No clearance issues. Remember, all models (E92 and E93 at least) have the same size standard wheels so there is no issue.
I don't know about E90 and E91 but I suspect the same holds true. |

All d models have slightly bigger brakes (and so 17" alloys atleast)so a 320d should clear a 335 disc/caliper no matter what trim level (and alloy size) the 320d is...

To fit a larger disc. you'd need to change the calipers as well, and use different hub carriers. You can take the system off a 330d for instance, but you'd need the entire front end braking system.

hi guys, thanks for your help with this,i was hoping to get just the discs of a 335d and use my standard callipers but i take it that won't work,i have 19s 225m sports on the car at the moment so clearance wouldn't have been issue,as e92 said i will need to buy the whole front end as in the hub carriers and stuff would it be cheaper just to get a set of upgraded pads and discs then?

I've got a complete front end braking system off my 330d sat up in the attic removed from ym car when I fitted the BMW BBK!
Not sure I want to sell but there must be countless others hanging around.
