Kind of bummed it was only a 540i. Wish there was a little more car/driving action.
Otherwise, pretty sweet that they are back!!

Mr Owen certainly brings more class to an already classy car as he rescues the beautiful damsel in distress; BMW 1, Feminism 0.

I couldn't possibly comment on his age/fatigue, but I'm sure Mr Owen would reply: "I've been doing this for a long time and I'm very good at it."

Wow. The G30 looks amazing in motion! Even the rear doesn't look as awkward anymore!
Oh yeah, Vera Farmiga ain't too bad either. |

The display of torque when he pulls the helicopter under the overpass....super nice camera angle. Plus when he kicked the villain out of the car after pulling the gun on him, and you heard to turbo spooling up as he pulled away....cool!!

I'm glad that they did not ruin the car by mounting a license plate on the front bumper. I need to mod my M3 with some bullet holes in the front hood and rear deck to make it cool looking like in this film and in Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation.

Good stuff! Action sequences looked like real effects, not digital. Could use more of that in most Hollywood action flicks.

I thought this was pretty good. The the first BMW films were released in 2001 they were pretty exciting. No car company had done anything like that before, and the films were artistic in their own right. I still remember watching them. Given that it's hard to recreate an original experience, I'm surprised BMW tried - but glad.
Sure, Mr. Owen is older but I'm glad they kept him as the actor. He deserves it.

Very enjoyable- car looks good. Great scenes. I've seen Mr Owen in many films and tv shows since the 90's and he is aging well. Could have been a Bond guy!
The lighter colour of the car shows the lines well.

Let's applaud the real hero from that film
A few weeks ago I was at the Performance Center picking up my Bimmer. It was a pretty cool to find out that our Instructor Matt Mullins happens to be a stunt double for Clive Owen in that film. So if want to drive like Clive Owen sign up for BMW Performance School and make sure Matt will be your Instructor.
