50th anniversary badges

So I recently purchased a G30 545e. It was built in November 21 but delivered in January 22. It has the ordinary blue and white BMW roundels. Would it be out of the ordinary if I swapped these for the 50th anniversary multi-colored roundels? They are being put on the M cars. I realise my 545e is not an M car but I do like the look of them. Just wondering!

Im thinking that as long as it is delivered with the full M package it is ok. I am doing the same with my G31 530E, actually produced november 21 as well, delivered march 22. If we would have specced the cars now it is actually a option in the configurator, so it is approved by bmw it self🤓

Yes it has the M package and it gets a lot of attention around where I live 🙂. Anybody know where I could get my hands on these? Had a look on ebay but no sign of them.

Many of the roundels have similar outer diameters, but have a different profile on the mounting edge, or different locating pins, so we suggest purchasing the proper roundels to ensure that they are able to be installed correctly.
