My full G30 to F90 Swap (Engine, drivetrain, electronics, the works!)

Hello all, so around 6 months ago I came up with the idea of doing a full swap of a g30 530e hybrid with F90 M5. Now some of you might think why in the world would anyone go through the hassle, so here is some back story so you can understand my predicament. Where i live (Pakistan) import duties on cars are well over 400 percent so if i buy a F90 from lets say UK and import it to my country (UK like us is right hand drive) it would cost me well over 400,000 usd which is sort of absurd. Now full car swaps are extremely common here because of this specific reason, my F10 M5 was also swapped on a 520d and it has been running flawlessly.

Anyways a little fast forward and in April of this year i discussed with the guy who does swaps of the possibility of doing a F90 and after some research he gave me the go ahead that it should be doable. So the hunt for a donor began. Luckily found a 520e hybrid in a little bit rough state (didnt matter since everything was gonna be thrown out anyways) and after acquiring the g30 i found the F90 that i wanted in UK. A very low mileage 2019 M5 comp (5k miles). So that car was exported from UK to dubai where it would get disassembled completely and all the parts will be put in a container and imported to my country as spare parts (spare parts have real minimal duties).

Now comes the juicy bit, when the F90 arrived, the guy who was gonna do the swap stripped away the g30 completely and in around 8 days voila...we had the F90 swapped and in working condition. G30 chasis was painted black (original colour was light blue) and sunroof was replaced with the F90 carbon roof. The only thing retained from g30 was its chasis (for obvious reasons) everything else was replaced with F90. Here are some pictures

Wow, you are my instant hero!
What a ridiculous system in Pakistan, hopefully that it will change.
Why not put the bought UK F90 back in one piece?

From another site he said the duty is due on the chassis, not the individual parts.

To save import duty. IIRC, he said import duty to Pakistan for a real M5 would be $400K! For the G30 it was much, much, much less.
