Any suggestions for a good brand or size for my G30 540i exhaust tip replacement

Stock or MPE? Just keep in mind that stock tips are welded to the can, so you'll have to get a shop to do something creative. You also need to be mindful of the stock apron size. When you fit the MPE, they swap out that lower rear trim with the version from the M550 to support the larger tips.
